简介:AnataseTiO2nanotubewasdopedwithdifferentcontentsofSn(3,5,and7?at.%)throughsol-gelmethodandsubsequenthydrothermalprocess.X-raydiffraction(XRD),Ramanspectroscopy,X-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(XPS),fieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FESEM),high-resolutiontransmissionelectronmicroscopy(HRTEM),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),andHalleffectmeasurementareutilizedtocharacterizethestructures,components,chemicalenvironments,morphologies,specificareas,andelectronicconductivitiesofthesamples.Theinvestigationincyclingperformancesdemonstratesthat5?at.%Sn-dopedTiO2nanotubeexhibitsthebestcyclingstability,withspecificcapacityof386?mAh?g?andcoulombicefficiencyof99.2?%after50?cyclesat0.1?C,muchhigherthanthoseoftheotherSn-dopedsamplesandpristineTiO2nanotube.TheimprovedelectrochemicalperformancesofSn-dopedTiO2nanotubeareattributedtotheincreaseofelectronicconductivityandthereforeenhancethereversiblecapacityofthematerial.
