    简介:Comparedtorefuelinggasolinepoweredvehicles,thechargingofbatteryelectricvehicles(BEVs)takesconsiderablymoretimewhichrendersasingle-purposecharginginfrastructureinconvenient.Morelikely,thechargingstationswillbeintegratedintotheparkinginfrastructure(parkingdecks,public,privateandcommercialparkingsites).Onaveragethedurationoftheparkingwillbelongerthanthedurationofthechargingprocesswhichcreatesapotentialforloadshifting.Inturnthisimpliesthattheratedpoweroflargecharginginfrastructurescanbechosentobesmallerthanthesumofratedpowersofallchargingpoints,providedthattheloadshiftingpotentialcanbeactivated.Inthispaperacompletedescriptionoftheproblemathandisgivenintermsofamixedintegerlinearprogramwhichcanreadilybeintegratedintotheoperationmanagementofcharginginfrastructures.ItallowstocoordinatethechargingprocessesofmultipleBEVstofullyexploittheloadshiftingpotentialwhiletakingintoaccountthelimitationsofthedistributiongrid,thecharginginfrastructure,andtheBEVs.Inadditiontoensuringthesafetyoftheoperation,theobjectiveoftheoptimizationcanbeadaptedtosetuse-casespecificincentives.
